通過(guò)海綿輥著色后的木材，經(jīng)本機(jī)能使木材表面凹進(jìn)去的毛孔著色均勻，使木材表面的木紋更清晰、層次感更分明。

設(shè)備關(guān)鍵部件毛刷根據(jù)使用要求，設(shè)計(jì)成可快速拆裝形式，由軌道滑出，使換裝毛刷方便快捷，方便清洗。

毛刷、輸送二部分由二組各自獨(dú)立的控制機(jī)構(gòu)控制，控制機(jī)構(gòu)由電機(jī)、減速機(jī)、變頻器構(gòu)成，因此精密度高，穩(wěn)定性好，調(diào)節(jié)更靈活。

可選配人機(jī)界面、精密自動(dòng)升降等自動(dòng)化配置。

家具、木門(mén)、地板、木板材、MDF板、無(wú)機(jī)材料板等各種平面板材通過(guò)海綿輥著色后，再通過(guò)本機(jī)對(duì)板材表面進(jìn)行擦色。
